It was good to see the owner working alongside his crew. Glad he recommended the Cobra ridge vents and synthetic roofing felt. A simple gable garage roof (16x8 ft on a side) will take all of 5 hrs with a crew of 4 to take down to wood, repair damage, cut for ridge vent, replace drip edge around, felt, shingle, add vent & shingle ridge and cleanup.

I was given a free estimate and all my options were discussed. Any questions or concerns I had were answered. They did not pressure me as other companies I received estimates from did. The work was affordable and I am extremely pleased with the job that was done. They were efficient and fully cleaned up after. I would absolutely recommend Texas Prime Homes.

The Owner and his Crew were very Professional and Courteous. Mr. Adame (The Owner) was there the majority of the time and was hands on with his crew. They installed and repaired our Roof and did a Fantastic Job! I highly recommend these guys!

Juan and his crew were very thorough . They started on the roof by pressure washing the roof and they replace all the screws and repaired what needed to be repaired .then they put one coat of coating on metal roof and let it dry . then the rain came ,they to stop for a couple of days, but as soon as it cleared they came and gave it the second coat and finished up. They cleaned up and remove trash. Even people across the street said they been very thorough . If i ever need to replace the roof i will call them again. we are very happy them

They were punctual for site visits for estimates and for actual work. My wife and I are very pleased with the work on the interior of our house. I would definitely recommend them.
